I haven't been on the computer much since Monday, but I feel good inside. This is appropriate. Filling life with lots of silly things that don't matter much in the long run, but right now, they're perfect. Some highlights: Laying in Jeanne's backyard with an extremely comfortable hoodie, talking for hours, then retiring to her room to watch I Heart Huckabees. Owning the poster presentation in English and having people congratulate me on the way to the next class. Dinner with dad at Chipotle. Discovering the frames on his phone's camera. Watching King of the Hill, which means actual TV. Thrifting with Eric. He found an amazing bear rug, which I hope to keep until I get a place. Texting Jacob a lot. You're the best. Jon texting me. He cares.
Currently fixing up my battered room, restoring the glory it once knew. School is slowing down, which is awesome because it allows focus and actual effort for the assignments that really need it. Really loving all of my friends right now. Time with them has always been excellent, but lately it's all integrated and happening at the same time. It's a lot healthier this way. And did you see the moon last night? Shit was nuts.
Returning to this:
Gonna finish the polaroid wall.
And finally, right? It's been what. 4 or so months?
Have a good weekend!
Hahahah, aww.
ReplyDeleteThe sky is still blanketed! There is nothing the eyes can see! Mixed with the city lights and that makes the celestial neighborhood uninhabited.
