I have no idea what happened or where that came from, so if you have any information or know anyone who's experienced this before, you should definitely let me know.

So last night at 1:30, I awoke to my entire body shivering uncontrollably. This continued, accompanied with teeth chattering, equally as rampant, for two hours. My body was covered in goosebumps for the entire time, and if I moved from the fetal position, the violent shaking only became worse. I was trying to wait it out, but it got to the point where I started to feel nauseous because the shaking was so bad. I finally punched up and went down stairs to get three extremely warm and thick blankets, because obviously, my body felt like it was submerged in a tub of ice. When I was walking, the tremors were at their worst. It took me half an hour to stop shaking chattering my teeth once I cocooned myself beneath the sheets. I thought maybe it was a fever, but I wasn't sweating at all during the night. It's not anxiety, my diet is normal too.
